The college resumption date for 2019/2020 Academic Session is scheduled for Monday, 6th January 2020.
Freshers are hereby notified to continue with registration procedures immediately the college resumes so as to solidify their studentship. This includes:
Collection of clearance for payment of school fees at the college Admission office,
Payment of school fees at the college Bursary.
Medical tests at the college centre after which the submission of medical file follows
Payment and Collection of files from the college admission office
Collection of oat form from the students Affairs Department after which stamping by the court follows.
Collection of security form from the security department, Students Affairs Building.
Collection of ICT pin at the college bursary,
Registration of Course form and student Bio data at the college ICT centre (Step B),
Submission of files to different schools and departments
Compulsory participation in the orientation programme and ICT training. etc
Those that are yet to pay the acceptance fees should do so with immediate effect at the college bursary. Upload of O'level result(s) should be done as soon as possible.
Candidates are advised to accept the admission on their JAMB profile. Printing of JAMB admission letter and Original Jamb Result is necessary as this will be useful for file submission.
Make sure you have FCE Abeokuta as your first choice as this might decline your studentship.
If you have done the change of institution, make sure you reprint your original jamb result, making FCE Abeokuta appear as your first choice on your Jamb result.
Lectures timetable for General and Educational courses are always pasted in the school of education and the department of General Studies in Education (GSE) and are also uploaded on FCE ABK Campus Gist Website, Whatsapp, Twitter and Facebook Groups and also that of departmental courses will be in the various department and FCE Abeokuta Campus Gist Platforms mentioned above.
In addition, students are advised to be conversant with the notice boards and FCE Abeokuta Campus gist platforms as most information will be passed through them.
Moreover, personal safety and security should be taking as a priority, as sitting or gathering in dark places at night, use of hard drug, bad influence of friends and so on should be avoided.
